There are three reasons why an account may be suspended:
Serious violations of Webternals terms and policies
Non-payment of Webternals hosting fees (often resolved by updating your credit card or debit card information)
If your account is suspended, we’ll send a notification to your email. The notification includes the reason for your account suspension and the steps you can take to resolve the suspension.

| My account was suspended because of a rules and policies violation. | Appeal your suspension by replying directly to the suspension notice you received. Be sure to include any relevant information. |
| My account was suspended because I didn’t pay my hosting fees. | Log into our Client Area and pay your pending invoices to reinstate your account. |
| I tried to update my credit card information and got an error message. | Contact us and we’ll help resolve the situation as quickly as we can. |
| I don’t know why I was suspended. or Account system resource abuse related inquiry. | Contact us and we’ll help resolve the situation as quickly as we can. |
